(a) The Alaska Administrative Register shall be published quarterly on the first day of the month. All regulations required to be submitted under Alaska Stat. § 44.62.040 that are filed by the first day of the month preceding publication shall be published in the register for that quarter.

  • Amendment: A proposal to alter the text of a pending bill or other measure by striking out some of it, by inserting new language, or both. Before an amendment becomes part of the measure, thelegislature must agree to it.
  • month: means a calendar month unless otherwise expressed. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
(b) If during a quarter no regulation, amendment, or order of repeal has been filed the regular quarterly register shall be published reflecting that fact.
