If a project is financed under Alaska Stat. § 44.88.172, the authority shall solicit the review and advice of the Regional Resource Advisory Council or governing body in the area in which a project is located before the execution of contracts, agreements, resolutions, or other matters that directly concern the development, maintenance, and operation of a project.
