Subject to the provisions on breach in installment contracts (Alaska Stat. § 45.02.612) and unless otherwise agreed under the sections on contractual limitations of remedy (Alaska Stat. § 45.02.718 and 45.02.719), if the goods or the tender of delivery fail in any respect to conform to the contract, the buyer may

(1) reject the whole;

  • buyer: means a person who buys or contracts to buy goods. See Alaska Statutes 45.02.103
  • Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
