(a) A filed record is effective only to the extent that it was filed by a person who may file it under Alaska Stat. § 45.29.509.

  • person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
(b) A record authorized by one secured party of record does not affect the financing statement with respect to another secured party of record.
(c) A continuation statement that is not filed within the six-month period prescribed by Alaska Stat. § 45.29.515(d) is ineffective.
