Terms Used In Alaska Statutes 45.50.604
- person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association, organization, business trust, or society, as well as a natural person. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
- state: means the State of Alaska unless applied to the different parts of the United States and in the latter case it includes the District of Columbia and the territories. See Alaska Statutes 01.10.060
A person who violates a provision of Alaska Stat. § 45.50.600 – 45.50.606 or a regulation adopted by the state director of civil defense under Alaska Stat. § 45.50.600 – 45.50.606 is punishable by a fine of not more than $500, or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or, in the alternative, is subject to a civil penalty not more than $5,000.
