A paid solicitor who makes a solicitation by mail, radio, or television, shall mail written confirmation of a contribution pledge to the contributor within five days after the pledge is received. The confirmation must include a clear and conspicuous disclosure of the information identified in Alaska Stat. § 45.68.030.
