In Alaska Stat. § 47.05.210, whenever it is necessary to determine the value of property, that value shall be determined in accordance with Alaska Stat. § 11.46.980. In determining the degree or classification of a crime described under Alaska Stat. § 47.05.210, amounts involved in criminal acts committed under one course of conduct, whether from the same person or several persons, shall be aggregated.
