A person who wilfully or knowingly makes a false statement, or falsifies or permits to be falsified any record required by Alaska Stat. § 47.45.010 – 47.45.160, is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, is punishable by a fine of not more than $500, or by imprisonment for not more than six months, or by both, forfeits all rights under Alaska Stat. § 47.45.010 – 47.45.160, and shall make adequate restitution for any bonuses illegally received.
