No person may remove or attempt to remove an animal which has been impounded or which is in the possession of the county enforcement agent except in accordance with the provisions of this article and the regulations promulgated thereunder.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 11-1016
- Animal: means any animal of a species that is susceptible to rabies, except man. See Arizona Laws 11-1001
- County enforcement agent: means that person in each county who is responsible for enforcing this article and the rules adopted under this article. See Arizona Laws 11-1001
- Person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association or society, as well as a natural person. See Arizona Laws 1-215
