A. County and precinct officers for whose election and term of office no other provision is made, shall be elected at the regular general election and shall hold office for a term of two years from the first day of January subsequent to their election.

Terms Used In Arizona Laws 11-406

  • Ex officio: Literally, by virtue of one's office.
  • Person: means an individual, corporation, business trust, estate, trust, partnership, limited liability company, association, joint venture, public corporation, government or governmental subdivision, agency or instrumentality or any other legal or commercial entity. See Arizona Laws 11-487.01

B. One person only shall be elected to an office to which are attached other offices ex officio.
