If there is more than one arbitrator, the powers of an arbitrator must be exercised by a majority of the arbitrators, but all of them shall conduct the hearing under section 12-3015, subsection C.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 12-3013
- Arbitrator: means an individual who is appointed to render an award, alone or with others, in a controversy that is subject to an agreement to arbitrate. See Arizona Laws 12-3001
