A. A person who is arrested for an offense listed in section 41-1750, subsection C shall be fingerprinted in legible form by the arresting authority or the custodial agency.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 13-3890
- Person: means a human being and, as the context requires, an enterprise, a public or private corporation, an unincorporated association, a partnership, a firm, a society, a government, a governmental authority or an individual or entity capable of holding a legal or beneficial interest in property. B. The court shall order an arrested person to appear at a designated time and place for fingerprinting on petition of the arresting authority or custodial agency stating that the person refused to provide fingerprints in a legible form.
C. Fingerprints received pursuant to this section shall be retained indefinitely.
