In this chapter, unless the context otherwise requires, "intensive probation":
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 13-913
- Person: means a human being and, as the context requires, an enterprise, a public or private corporation, an unincorporated association, a partnership, a firm, a society, a government, a governmental authority or an individual or entity capable of holding a legal or beneficial interest in property. See Arizona Laws 13-105
- Restitution: The court-ordered payment of money by the defendant to the victim for damages caused by the criminal action.
1. Means a program established pursuant to this chapter of highly structured and closely supervised probation that emphasizes individualized intervention for a person who is deemed appropriate for the program pursuant to section 13-914, subsection B.
2. Includes the payment of restitution, if applicable, as required pursuant to section 13-914, subsection F, paragraph 2.
