A. The commission may, in its name, sue and be sued.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 23-106
- Process: means a citation, writ or summons issued in the course of judicial proceedings. See Arizona Laws 1-215
- Summons: Another word for subpoena used by the criminal justice system.
B. Service of summons or other process on any member of the commission, or on the secretary thereof, shall be deemed service on the commission.
