The department shall provide vocational rehabilitation service to persons with a disability who are eligible as provided by this article.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 23-502
- Department: means the department of economic security. See Arizona Laws 23-501
- vocational rehabilitation service: means a service determined by the director to be necessary to enable a person with a disability to engage in a remunerative occupation and includes medical and vocational diagnosis, vocational guidance, counsel and placement, rehabilitation, training, physical restoration, transportation, occupational licenses, customary occupational tools and equipment, maintenance and training books and materials, follow up, evaluation and work adjustment and other related services as defined in the vocational rehabilitation act, as amended.
