Any person who is subject to this chapter and who behaves with disrespect toward his superior commissioned officer shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.

- Person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association or society, as well as a natural person. See Arizona Laws 1-215
- Superior commissioned officer: means a commissioned officer superior in rank or command. See Arizona Laws 26-1001
