An admission of the allegation of a civil traffic complaint or a judgment on the complaint is not evidence of negligence in a civil or criminal proceeding that is not authorized by chapter 3 of this title or this chapter.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 28-1599
- Allegation: something that someone says happened.
- Complaint: A written statement by the plaintiff stating the wrongs allegedly committed by the defendant.
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Traffic: means pedestrians, ridden or herded animals, vehicles and other conveyances either singly or together while using a highway for purposes of travel. See Arizona Laws 28-1501
