A. The director may cause any records kept by the department to be duplicated.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 28-441
- Department: means the department of transportation acting directly or through its duly authorized officers and agents. See Arizona Laws 28-101
- Director: means the director of the department of transportation. See Arizona Laws 28-101
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
B. Except as otherwise provided by law, duplicates are admissible in evidence in courts pursuant to court rules.
