A. If a transporter operates one vehicle singly, the vehicle shall display a transporter license plate on the front of the vehicle.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 28-4625
- Transporter: means a person who is lawfully engaged in the business of transporting or delivering vehicles that are not the person's own and vehicles of a type otherwise required to be registered, by the driveaway or towaway methods, from a point of manufacture, assembly or distribution or from the owner of the vehicles to a dealer or sales agent of a manufacturer or to any consignee designated by the shipper or consignor. B. If a transporter operates and moves more than one vehicle, the first vehicle in the combination shall display one transporter license plate on the front of the vehicle and each other vehicle in the combination shall display one plate on the rear of the vehicle.
