A roadway or portion of a roadway may be exchanged with an abutting owner for all or part of a new public roadway, and title vests in the grantee when the exchange is made.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 28-7203
- Grantee: includes every person to whom an estate or interest in real property passes, in or by a deed. See Arizona Laws 1-215
- Owner: means :
(a) A person who holds the legal title of a vehicle. See Arizona Laws 28-101
- Roadway: includes all or part of a platted or designated public street, highway, alley, lane, parkway, avenue, road, sidewalk or other public way, whether or not it has been used as such. See Arizona Laws 28-7201
