The director may enter into agreements on behalf of this state with a local authority in regard to the financing, construction or maintenance of an economic strength project recommended by the Arizona commerce authority and approved by the board.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 28-7284
- Board: means the transportation board. See Arizona Laws 28-101
- Director: means the director of the department of transportation. See Arizona Laws 28-101
- Local authority: means any county, municipal or other local board or body exercising jurisdiction over highways under the constitution and laws of this state. See Arizona Laws 28-101
- State: means a state of the United States and the District of Columbia. See Arizona Laws 28-101
