The provisions of this article shall be operative in any town, city, county or region in which the local governing board determines that the operation of a work furlough program is feasible and appoints a work furlough administrator.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 31-332
- Local governing board: means town council, city council or board of supervisors, or any combination thereof. See Arizona Laws 31-331
- Work furlough administrator: means a probation officer, sheriff, or other person authorized by the local governing board to perform the functions of the work furlough administrator. See Arizona Laws 31-331
