A person licensed under this chapter shall use the title "osteopathic physician and surgeon", "osteopathic physician" or "doctor of osteopathy" or affix the initials "D.O." after the licensee’s name.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 32-1853
- Person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association or society, as well as a natural person. See Arizona Laws 1-215
- Physician: means a doctor of osteopathy who holds a license, a permit or a locum tenens registration to practice osteopathic medicine pursuant to this chapter. See Arizona Laws 32-1800
