Except as provided in Section 41-1092.08, subsection H, an appeal to the superior court in Maricopa county may be taken from any final decision of the board pursuant to Title 12, Chapter 7, Article 6.

Terms Used In Arizona Laws 32-1856

  • Appeal: A request made after a trial, asking another court (usually the court of appeals) to decide whether the trial was conducted properly. To make such a request is "to appeal" or "to take an appeal." One who appeals is called the appellant.
