The commissioner shall not be denied jurisdiction over any person subject to the provisions of this article because of similar jurisdiction over such person by any other agency or the applicability to such person of any regulation prescribed pursuant to any other provision of law.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 32-2195.07
- Commissioner: means the state real estate commissioner. See Arizona Laws 32-2101
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
- Person: means any individual, corporation, partnership or company and any other form of multiple organization for carrying on business, foreign or domestic. See Arizona Laws 32-2101
