The director may investigate information that indicates a person may be violating this article. In connection with an investigation, the director may examine and copy documents and other physical evidence wherever located that relate to the conduct or competency of a community health worker pursuant to the requirements of this article.

Terms Used In Arizona Laws 36-765.04

  • Community health worker: means a nonmedical health worker who serves as a liaison for health and community service providers and enrollees to facilitate access to services and improve the quality of service delivery, including the coordination of services to improve medical and behavioral health outcomes.   • Director: means the director of the department. See Arizona Laws 36-765
  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
  • Person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association or society, as well as a natural person. See Arizona Laws 1-215
