This article does not prohibit a person engaged in the business of furnishing appraisals of real property from taking into consideration factors other than race, color, religion, sex, disability, familial status or national origin.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 41-1491.05
- Disability: means a mental or physical impairment that substantially limits at least one major life activity, a record of such an impairment or being regarded as having such an impairment. See Arizona Laws 41-1491
- Person: means one or more individuals, corporations, partnerships, associations, labor organizations, legal representatives, mutual companies, joint stock companies, trusts, unincorporated organizations, trustees, receivers, fiduciaries, banks, credit unions and financial institutions. - Real property: Land, and all immovable fixtures erected on, growing on, or affixed to the land.
