A. The attorney general shall prepare a final investigative report showing:

- Aggrieved person: includes any person who either:
(a) Claims to have been injured by a discriminatory housing practice. See Arizona Laws 41-1491
- Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
- Interrogatories: Written questions asked by one party of an opposing party, who must answer them in writing under oath; a discovery device in a lawsuit.
- Respondent: means either:
(a) The person accused of a violation of this article in a complaint of a discriminatory housing practice. See Arizona Laws 41-1491
1. The names and dates of contacts with witnesses.
2. A summary of correspondence and other contacts with the aggrieved person and the respondent showing the dates of the correspondence and contacts.
3. A summary description of other pertinent records.
4. A summary of witness statements.
5. Answers to interrogatories.
B. A final report under this section may be amended if additional evidence is discovered.
