Terms Used In Arizona Laws 44-1213
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Person: means an individual, corporation, partnership, association, joint stock company or trust, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency or any other unincorporated organization. See Arizona Laws 44-1801
1. Providing for its redemption or fulfillment from contributions made by subscribers to or holders of other similar contracts.
2. Providing for payment of money or giving any consideration greater in value than the amount paid in upon such contracts, together with the actual net earnings accrued and accumulated thereon.
