This article shall not prohibit any person from selling under his own trademarks, trade names, brands, or the words "no brand", the product of any manufacturer, if such person has first obtained the written authorization of the true manufacturer so to sell such product.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 44-1242
- Person: means an individual, corporation, partnership, association, joint stock company or trust, limited liability company, government or governmental subdivision or agency or any other unincorporated organization. See Arizona Laws 44-1801
