Unless otherwise provided, a person who violates a provision of this article, or any rule adopted by the director pursuant to this article, is subject to a civil penalty of not more than five hundred dollars per violation and is subject to citation under Title 49, Chapter 1, Article 3, relating to environmental nuisances. Each tire which is sold or disposed of improperly constitutes a separate violation.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 44-1307
- Director: means the director of the securities division of the commission. See Arizona Laws 44-1801
- Person: means any public or private corporation, company, partnership, firm, association or society of persons, the federal government and any of its departments or agencies, this state or any of its agencies, departments, political subdivisions, counties, towns or municipal corporations, as well as a natural person.
