A certificate signed by the chairman or any member of the commission or by the director, and under seal of the commission, in regard to the record of any proceeding under this chapter for denial, revocation or suspension of the registration of securities or the registration of any dealer or salesman shall constitute evidence of such record and shall be admissible in any proceeding, civil or criminal, in which such record may be at issue.

Terms Used In Arizona Laws 44-2035

  • Director: means the director of the securities division of the commission. See Arizona Laws 44-1801
  • Evidence: Information presented in testimony or in documents that is used to persuade the fact finder (judge or jury) to decide the case for one side or the other.
  • Salesman: means an individual, other than a dealer, employed, appointed or authorized by a dealer to sell securities in this state. See Arizona Laws 44-1801
