If the court determines that an obligor is delinquent in paying support, the court may issue an order requiring the obligor to:
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 46-300.02
- Work activities: means the following activities that are countable toward the federal work participation rate as prescribed in Public Law 104-193, section 407 (1996):
(a) Unsubsidized employment. See Arizona Laws 46-101
1. Pay support in accordance with a payment plan.
2. Participate in work activities if the obligor is subject to a payment plan and is not incapacitated.
