The district shall determine the form of any reports to be submitted by a municipal provider in order to carry out the purposes of this chapter. Each report required by the district shall contain either a sworn statement or a certification, under penalty of perjury, that the information contained in the report is true and correct according to the best belief and knowledge of the person submitting the report.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 48-3777
- District: means a multi-county water conservation district organized under the authority of this chapter. See Arizona Laws 48-3701
- Municipal provider: means a city, town or private water company or an irrigation district that supplies water for non-irrigation use. See Arizona Laws 48-3701
- Person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association or society, as well as a natural person. See Arizona Laws 1-215
