Terms Used In Arizona Laws 49-122

  • Liabilities: The aggregate of all debts and other legal obligations of a particular person or legal entity.
  • Person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association or society, as well as a natural person. See Arizona Laws 1-215
  • Statute: A law passed by a legislature.

1. Preempt any local charter, ordinance or code.

2. Require any state agency or local government to adopt or enforce any statute or rule.

3. Affect or modify the obligations or liabilities of any person under federal law.
