The deputy director may apply to the superior court for the enforcement of any effective and outstanding order issued under this article, and the court has jurisdiction to order and require compliance with the order. Except as otherwise provided in this article, a court has jurisdiction to affect by injunction or otherwise the issuance or enforcement of any order under this article or to review, modify, suspend, terminate or set aside any such order.
Terms Used In Arizona Laws 6-165
- Deputy director: means the deputy director of the financial institutions division of the department. See Arizona Laws 6-101
- Injunction: An order of the court prohibiting (or compelling) the performance of a specific act to prevent irreparable damage or injury.
- Jurisdiction: (1) The legal authority of a court to hear and decide a case. Concurrent jurisdiction exists when two courts have simultaneous responsibility for the same case. (2) The geographic area over which the court has authority to decide cases.
