The court shall summarily hear the issue upon the sufficiency of the bond, and if the court finds the sureties or any thereof to be insufficient, the injunction, attachment or garnishment shall be dissolved, unless the plaintiff shall within five days file a proper and sufficient bond and it is approved by the court or judge.

  • Attachment: A procedure by which a person's property is seized to pay judgments levied by the court.
