Arizona Laws 8-503.01. Children and family services training program fund; purposes; status report; exemption from lapsing
A. The division shall establish a children and family services training program fund consisting of monies received pursuant to section 8-807. Subject to legislative appropriation, the fund monies shall be used to administer a children and family services training program for the training of child safety workers, public employees in related program services and employees of child welfare agencies and community treatment programs that, in the judgment of the director of the department, would benefit from staff training. The department shall not use fund monies to pay any portion of training program staff salaries and training program staff expenses. The department shall use monies only to reimburse the department for the labor, editing and copying charges related to that section.

B. The director shall include in the annual report a status report on and an evaluation of the children and family services training program.
C. Ninety percent of the monies collected under this section shall be deposited in the children and family services training program fund, not more than ten percent of which shall be used to enhance the collection of monies owed the department pursuant to section 8-243. The remaining ten percent of the monies collected shall be deposited in the state general fund.
