Terms Used In Arizona Laws > Title 38 > Chapter 5 > Article 8 - Defined Contribution Plans
- Board: means the Arizona state retirement system board established by section 38-713 or the board of trustees established by section 38-848. See Arizona Laws 38-951
- Eligible group: means any of the following:
(a) The Arizona state retirement system established by article 2 of this chapter. See Arizona Laws 38-951
- Employer: means an agency or department of this state or an agency or department of a political subdivision of this state that has employees in an eligible group. See Arizona Laws 38-951
- including: means not limited to and is not a term of exclusion. See Arizona Laws 1-215
- Plan: means a defined contribution plan authorized by this article. See Arizona Laws 38-951
- Remainder: An interest in property that takes effect in the future at a specified time or after the occurrence of some event, such as the death of a life tenant.
