- Commission: means the corporation commission. See Arizona Laws 40-201
- Contract: A legal written agreement that becomes binding when signed.
- Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Director: means the director of the residential utility consumer office. See Arizona Laws 40-461
- Office: means the residential utility consumer office. See Arizona Laws 40-461
- Public service corporation: means a public service corporation as defined in article XV, section 2, Constitution of Arizona except a member-owned nonprofit cooperative corporation. See Arizona Laws 40-461
