Terms Used In Arizona Laws > Title 41 > Chapter 12.1 > Article 2 - Ambulances and Ambulance Personnel
- Ambulance: means any publicly or privately owned surface, water or air vehicle, including a helicopter, that is specially designed and constructed or modified and equipped to be used, maintained or operated for transportation of individuals who are sick, injured, wounded or otherwise incapacitated or helpless. - Corporation: A legal entity owned by the holders of shares of stock that have been issued, and that can own, receive, and transfer property, and carry on business in its own name.
- Department: means the department of public safety. See Arizona Laws 41-1831
- Director: means the director of the department of public safety. See Arizona Laws 41-1831
- Person: includes a corporation, company, partnership, firm, association or society, as well as a natural person. See Arizona Laws 1-215
- Population: means the population according to the most recent United States decennial census. See Arizona Laws 1-215
