Nothing in this chapter permits the offering or enforcement of a provision in a dealer contract that requires a dealer to comply with a minimum price-fixing provision or any other provision to limit competition. For purposes of this chapter, a provision in a dealer contract providing for exclusive territorial rights and its corresponding provisions shall not be prohibited.
