(a) This chapter shall not apply to cameras installed in vehicles that are primarily for commercial use, including buses, as defined in § 233 of the Vehicle Code, motortrucks, as defined in § 410 of the Vehicle Code, and truck tractors, as defined in § 655 of the Vehicle Code.

(b) Nothing in this chapter authorizes the sale or advertising for commercial use of any image or video depicting a commercial driver without their consent.
