A financing statement sufficiently indicates the collateral that it covers if the financing statement provides either of the following:
(1) A description of the collateral pursuant to Section 9108.
Terms Used In California Commercial Code 9504
- Assets: (1) The property comprising the estate of a deceased person, or (2) the property in a trust account.
- Personal property: All property that is not real property.
(2) An indication that the financing statement covers all assets or all personal property.
