At least 125 days prior to the date fixed by the general district election, the secretary of a landowner voting district shall deliver to the county elections official of each affected county a map or description of the boundaries of the district or divisions for which elections are to be held.

  • Affected county: means a county in which any land of the district or agency is situated. See California Elections Code 10500

  • General district election: means an election held pursuant to the provisions of this part. See California Elections Code 10500
  • Landowner voting district: means a district whose principal act requires an elector to be an owner of land located within the district. See California Elections Code 10500
