Elections officials shall implement an electronic free access system by which a military or overseas voter may determine by telephone, electronic mail, or Internet whether the military or overseas voter‘s ballot has been received.

  • Military or overseas voter: means an elector absent from the county in which he or she is otherwise eligible to vote who is any of the following:

    California Elections Code 300

  • Voter: means any elector who is registered under this code. See California Elections Code 359
