“Insured”:

(a) When used with respect to a bank or an office of a bank, means a bank or office the deposits of which are insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation under the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (12 U.S.C. § 1811 et seq.).

(b) When used with respect to a deposit, means a deposit that is insured by the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation under the Federal Deposit Insurance Act (12 U.S.C. § 1811 et seq.).
