A termination of probation and dismissal of charges pursuant to § 1203.4 of the Penal Code or a dismissal of charges pursuant to Section 1203.4a of the Penal Code does not affect either a past revocation or suspension of any license or permit to take fish or game or the authority of the commission or a court to revoke or suspend a license or permit to take fish and game.
