The office may contract with the commission in order for the commission to undertake marketing activities utilizing state funds. § 10295 of the Public Contract Code, and Article 4 (commencing with Section 10335) and Article 5 (commencing with Section 10355) of Chapter 2 of Part 2 of Division 2 of the Public Contract Code, shall not apply to those agreements.
