The State Public Works Board has all the duties, powers, purposes, responsibilities, and jurisdiction of the Property Acquisition Board and whenever by law a duty or jurisdiction is imposed or authority conferred upon the Property Acquisition Board or upon any of its officers or employees such duty, jurisdiction, and authority are vested in the State Public Works Board with the same force and effect as if the title of the State Public Works Board had been specifically set forth therein.
